Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hrs ( excluding public holidays and weekends ) based on the time the order was received and shipping company availability.

UPS ground is 7-12 business days from the time shipped, excluding public holidays and weekends.

UPS 2nd Day  is two business days from the time shipped,  excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders received after 1pm PST will ship the next business day.

UPS Next Day is Next business day from the time shipped,  excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders received after 1pm PST will ship the next business day.

Factory orders may take longer.
Parts on back order or shipped direct from distribution warehouse due to low inventory may take longer.

Return Policy
We cannot give refunds on special order items. Any and all electrical parts Motors, Capacitors, Compressors, Relays, Circuit Boards, Ignition controls, Gas Valves are not returnable all sales are final. All Electrical Parts will come with a 1 Year Manufactures warranty from the date of original purchase.

If a part is granted authorization for return parts must be returned in original box, unopened, unused with all original components, shipping prepaid. Heatcoolparts.com reserves the right to refuse returns on any part that has been installed.
Shipping will not be refunded for customers ordering incorrect parts.

We at Heatcoolparts.com are dedicated to providing our customers with the correct parts to repair their systems, but some times mistakes happen. We will do our best to correct the error and get you the parts you need.
Heatcoolparts.com reserves the right to charge a  25%  restocking fee.
