   Our igniter heating element (illustrated left) is an all ceramic (Si3N4) product.

It uses complex multi-layer moulding and sintering techniques. Moulded in one
using slip casting machines. The part is then sintered in a vacuum furnace.

Silicon Nitride heating element. Bracket stainless steel 304 - bright finish

Ceramic insulator body non glazed 95% alumina - polished finish

Cable - PTFE U/L Specification - temperature rating 250ºC
